We started Accelerate Performance Football because we fundamentally believed that junior players deserved access to real, professional-level coaching and that senior athletes deserved significantly better training opportunities than what was available in the market. The beautiful game of football demands exceptional precision in every movement, every decision, and every play, and we are committed to delivering it consistently. What age groups do you coach

We work with juniors preparing for senior football and senior players looking to refine their game. Age isn't the limit, ability and commitment are what matter.

How long are sessions

Most sessions run 60 minutes. That's enough time to warm up, work on technique, and push conditioning without burning out. We adjust based on your plan.

Can you help with injury recovery

Yes. We specialize in post-injury training and getting players back to football safely. We work with your medical team and rebuild strength and confidence step by step.

What should I bring

Bring your boots, water, and willingness to work. We provide the rest. If you have any injuries or concerns, let us know before your first session.

Do you offer group sessions

We focus on private coaching so we can tailor everything to you. That said, we can arrange small group sessions if you want to train with a teammate.
